Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or restriction of future bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All fees are subject to change; updated pricing will be communicated in advance. We do not currently process insurance claims directly — patients may obtain receipts for reimbursement through their insurer.
